We aim to deliver the freshest tropical fruit straight to your door. Please allow between 2 to 5 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your location.

Freshness Guarantee
We take quality seriously. If you receive fruit that doesn't meet our freshness standards, you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to let us know. Please email contactus@tropicalbox.co.uk with clear images of the item(s) in question.

Once we receive your email and review the photos, we’ll be in touch to offer a suitable solution—either a replacement or partial refund, depending on the issue.

Important: We do not offer refunds or replacements for reports received after the 48-hour window.
