Return and Refund Policy

We’re all about fresh, high-quality tropical fruit. Because our products are perishable, we don’t accept returns. But if something doesn’t arrive as it should, we’re here to help.

Quality Issues
If any fruit in your box arrives damaged or not up to standard, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the affected items to contactus@tropicalbox.co.uk, and we’ll review your case.

Depending on the issue, we may offer a partial refund or replacement item.

Refunds
Refunds are issued at our discretion based on the condition of the fruit and the timing of your report. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction due to taste or personal preference.

Important Notes

  • No refunds or replacements will be given if contacted after the 48-hour window.

  • We cannot accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products.
